Dragon’s Rise is my small-batch gluten-free bakery, inspired by my mom and my two grandmas, who all helped nurture my love of baking. With several family members living with celiac disease, gluten-free living was already part of my world growing up. When I began recognizing similar symptoms in myself as a young adult, I discovered firsthand how much I missed the comfort and nostalgia that come with the foods you grew up loving. I wanted to bring that back; not with gluten-free versions that feel like a compromise, but with baked goods that are genuinely worth getting excited about! Dragon’s Rise is about bringing comfort back to the table and helping old favorites rise again.
